Our Providers

Heidi Arbona, M.D.

Dr. Arbona grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio. She studied zoology at Miami University and medicine at the University of Cincinnati. Her initial goal was to become a veterinarian, but that all changed once she spent time in a hospital and saw her first baby being born. She enrolled in the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and then completed her OB/Gyn residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. After working in Indianapolis for a few years, she and her husband moved back to Columbus, Ohio to be surrounded by their families. Heidi has three children who make her smile and laugh (most of the time). She has fun playing tennis, running, and waterskiing. She enjoys all facets of OB/Gyn and values working with and serving the women of her local community.

Tammy Chan, M.D.

Dr. Chan is a West Coast-Midwest hybrid. She grew up in Los Angeles, California and moved to Dublin, Ohio during high school. She received her Biochemistry degree, as well as a minor in Fine Art from University of California, San Diego. She attended The Ohio State University for medical school and became a die-hard Buckeye fan. She then fell in love with obstetrics and gynecology and completed her residency in OB/Gyn at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is married to Tony, a Sports Medicine doctor, and they enjoy being closer to their families in Ohio. Tammy has a special interest in laparoscopic hysterecomy, adolescent health, and incontinence surgery. In her free time, she enjoys running, painting, snowboarding/skiing, and cooking like the Iron Chef.

Stephanie Beier-Phillips, Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)

Stephanie grew up outside Toledo, Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The Ohio State University following in the footsteps of her grandmother and mother who were also nurses. Stephanie worked in labor and delivery before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati. Stephanie is credentialed as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and enjoys collaborating with women to achieve their health goals. Stephanie and her husband are entertained by two spirited daughters and their spunky Irish Setter. To balance her love of baking, Stephanie stays active playing tennis and soccer.
